How CGT profiles are created
Creating CGT amp profile for ToneX, Headrush, Quad Cortex & Kemper, is time-consuming process that requires careful preparation.
We need to gather and connect all the profiler devices and the amp,which we want to capture.
Next we set up speaker cabinet in live room and create good acoustic space around it.
Finding prefect positions for our three microphones is also precise and careful job.
We plug all the microphones, be it dynamic, condenser or ribbon, into tube pre-amps of our analog mixing desk.
We blend them to taste and such signal goes to the profilers.
